Trellis 2
Description
This is the second study made from a trellis I saw in the courtyard of a cheap motel. By request, this one has heavier lines than my usual. It had been a long time since picking up the oil pastels. I really enjoyed the texture of them, along with other materials.
More exploration will come. I want to express the effects of layered shapes, as if parts may be transparent. Again, the balance & combinations of colors is key.
I would like to emphasize many of my images are interesting any way up, landscape or portrait. Choose which way is up.
